We agree the rooms and priorities before booking. Our 54-point guide covers 52 room-by-room tasks and two final checks where surfaces are present and safely accessible. Appliance, cabinet and storage interiors cost extra and must be agreed first. We do not wash dishes or wash, dry or fold clothes. A requested linen change is an additional $20 per bedroom, with clean replacements supplied on site.

Recurring cleaning maintains your home weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Deep cleaning gives accumulated dirt and detailed areas more attention. Move-in and move-out cleaning is planned around belongings, access and your moving dates. Tell us the condition of the home and we will confirm the appropriate scope and price.

We serve communities across Union, Essex, Middlesex, Morris and Somerset Counties in New Jersey. Use our town list to find your local page, or contact us to confirm coverage. We work Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Tell us your preferred day; we confirm availability before booking.

For recurring residential cleaning, we bring products and our vacuum on the first visit. On later visits we still bring our vacuum and use your products, or purchase agreed products with receipts. For a one-time clean, we confirm the supply arrangement with your quote. Tell us about product preferences, sensitive materials or fragrances before the visit.

We arrange authorized access with you before the visit. Providing a key or access code is optional and your choice. If you give us a key for recurring visits, we keep it on file, labeled, for your scheduled visits and return it whenever you ask or when service ends. We only accept one if you choose to give it to us. Share door, lockbox or alarm codes privately when arranging access, not in the quote form.

Clear reachable surfaces and put away valuables and fragile belongings. Tell us about materials needing special care, parking or building access. Secure pets that may be anxious around visitors. For a moving clean, confirm which areas are empty and that water and electricity are available.

Give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If we miss an agreed checklist item, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will arrange authorized access to re-clean that area at no charge. We take photos only if you ask us before we start. Requested photos are for you; we never publish photos that could identify you or your home. Photos on this site come from homes and workplaces we have cleaned, edited to protect our clients’ privacy.
